These days most of the motorcycle clubs, federations and organisations are struggling to develop their pool of volunteers. Volunteers are crucial to running successful events or organisations. New blood is desperately needed to continue organising high-level events and competitions and ensure the longevity of our sport. Women are part of an untapped workforce for motorsport and should be encouraged to come forward. But how do we engage them? How do we motivate them and convince them to join the motorcycling family? How should we recognise the importance of volunteers and reward them for their efforts? This session will provide you with the tools to make volunteering more fruitful for all parties concerned!
